When ever we talk about police,the first thing that comes in our mind is "chiller" . We never in our life considered pakistan pilice as brave and intellegent,but after reading this news you will believe that pakistan police is the most intelligent police in the world. As the rate of car snatching is at its peak now a days . Civil line police has planned something special,they dont put a trap for the thief,they dont catch the thief but they burst all the tires of any vehical standing outside a house or a building.This is how they are saving cars from getting stolen.Are not they the most intelligent police officers in the world?
